In a secure and civilized society one often feels a need to go through some accidents. Meanwhile, these wishes are not quite acceptable in real life. Lack of strong feelings and emotions are being filled by means of virtual reality: massmedia show us catastrophes, massacre, extreme sports. Thus, while being safe themselves people get some psychotrauma and lose ability to feel compassion.
